So the Mother's Day is this Sunday. I wrote all my appreciation for my mom on a piece of paper and fold it into a heart shape. I bought a nail polish for her. I think the color suit her so much.
When I went home,I went to my room ,and put the card and nail polish on my desk, and started doing my homework Because I want to gave her later. And who knows??? My mom knocked my door and I went into my room directly to my desk, and yes.She saw the surprise that I attended to gave her.And she said"oh you bought new nail polishes! Can I borrow it?" And I was so awkward and want to let my mom got out of my room. But, she saw the card. And she said"Is this for me?" And now what I only can do is admitted. So later on, I brought the card and gift to my mom and said"you probably knew it.However,Happy Mother's Day and I love you."
So ... even it's not a surprise, still a perfect Mother's Day cause my mom was so happy.
Dear Vivian,
ReplyDeleteEven though it didn't go as planned, its seems as though your card and gift were enjoyed by your mother. This is another example of "it's that thought that counts". I'm sure that your mother loved you for it.
